Instructions for installing a new Tech report.

Create a directory for the new TR, name it, say, tr999.

cd tr999
cp ../abstract.tex   tr999.tex

Edit the abstract file and insert the proper material.

Move the postscript file into tr999.ps

../Makeit

Edit the ../.index.html file.

Check that it is all working.
