FIASCO is a collection of software designed to analyze fMRI data using a series of processing steps. The input is the raw data, and the output are statistical brain maps showing regions of neural activation.

  • ERRATUM There was an error in the 3D coregistration mechanism in the CVS code for Fiasco between July 13 2005 and January 24 2006 which produced incorrect motion correction. This code never appeared in any official release of Fiasco, but those using prerelease versions may have been caught by it. Here is how to tell if this bug has happened to you.
