This folder contains two matlab and R code
on Higher Criticism for spectral clustering. 
The code are based on Jin and Wang (2012) 
"Optimal spectral clustering by Higher 
Criticism thresholding", work in progress. 

The folder also includes three data sets: 
Lung Cancer data, Leukemia data, and 
Colon data. 

The folder is under construction.
