Problem:

You are given two LFP recordings from area LIP of macaque.
The first recording LIPmem5312 contains all the behavioural
markers in the file LIPmem5312.bev.mat. Information about the
meaning of the markers is contained in the file lipformat.

In the second LFP recording (LIPmem5320) you are given just the 
timing of the cue-onset events and a variable status that 
is 1 for successful trials and 0 for the unsuccessful ones. 
The task is to predict the timing and direction of the saccades
in this second data set from the first
