I am a postdoctoral fellow jointly affiliated with the Statistics department at Carnegie Mellon University and the Computer Science department at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, supervised by Aaditya Ramdas and Matan Gavish. Before that, I was a postdoc in the department of Statistics at Stanford University with Emmanuel Candès. I received my PhD in Statistics from UPenn (Wharton) under Larry Brown. I work on problems involving multivariate feature selection, both for testing and for prediction. I am also interested in shrinkage estimation, particularly in developing Bayes and empirical Bayes procedures with competitive frequentist performance in testing and estimation problems.
