This course meets T Th 3:00 - 4:20 in Porter Hall A18C
There is also a blackboard page for this class, but it
will be used mainly for reporting grades, collecting assignments,
and perhaps the discussion board.
If you use gmail (especially if you forward andrew mail to gmail) PLEASE
add a filter in gmail [under the 'settings' menu] preventing email
from stat.cmu.edu from going in your spam folder. I will occasionally
send email from my statistics account, and you need to be able to read
and respond to it.

hw00 This is a review assignment that you should complete by the end
of the first week of the class. No need to turn anything in, but
please do let us know if anything is mystifying or doesn't seem
right, as you work through it. The exercises are in the file
"R-review.pdf".
