The folder contains 3 data files based on Brain A data in Pomeroy et al 
(2002). The original data is for 6817 genes on 42 samples, and is 
available from http://www.broad.mit.edu/mpr/CNS/. The following data
files is the pre-processing version based on Dettling's paper. It only
contains 5597 genes. See details in Dettling's paper.

The 3 files are:

brain.rda, downloaded from http://stat.ethz.ch/~dettling/bagboost.html.
brain.x.txt, data matrix (5597 by 42) ready for use in Matlab.
brain.y.txt, vector of class index (42 by 1).

This is a multi-class problem (5 classes in total).
