This folder contains the matlab code 
for Higher Criticism as a featrure
selection method in cancer classification. 
The code is based on Donoho and Jin (2008, PNAS)
and is also related to Jin (2009, PNAS) and
Donoho and Jin (2009, Phil. Trans. Roy. Soc.). 

The code will be posted soon. 

The data sets used in these papers are included
in this directory. They are the Leukemia data, 
Prostate data, and the colon data.
