I think Mama Mary and Papa Hymie (with 4 year old Joyce and infant Arlene) were missed in the 1930 census, either because they were moving from Forbes Avenue (between Murry and Shady) to an apartment (need to fill in details) at which the census taker came at least twice but definitely got several less households than there were people listed in the phone book.
Mary married Samual Weisberg, another dentist around 1963. He died in 1966.
