In the 1930 Census 62 y/o Jacob and 57 y/o Jennie are renting for $50/month at 611 Meadow Ave in Charleroi, Washington County, PA and living with Alfred (37), Samuel (24), Arthur (22) and Nettie (18). They have been married for 39 years, and they own a radio. Jacob and Jennie and their parents are from Hungary, and their mother tongue is Hewbew. They immigrated in 1887 and 1886 respectively, and are both naturalized US citizens. All except Jennie can speak English. Alfred was born in New York, but the others were born in Pennsylvania. Nettie is in school. Jacob, Alfred and Samuel are merchants at a fruit store. Arthur is not working. None are veterans.
