Probably Morris was his son from his first wife, Rachel from the second, and Millie is the third. Family lore is that the first two wives died.
1900 Census Age 70, living with wife Millie (60) and sons Thomas and Julius at 1112 Penn Avenue. Working as a cobbler. Immigrated 1889.
1910 Census: At 79 and 66 years old, Phillip and Millie (?Mallo), who have been married for 35 years, are living at 1211 Liberty Ave, rear. Phillip is working as a "rabbi, teacher children" and Millie as a washerwoman at home. I strongly suspect that this is the same Philip and Millie as the 1900 census. Perhaps their son or daughter-in-law was the respondant in 1900 and got some things wrong.
